Trailer-Mounted Cement Spreaders You Can Count On
Stoltz 15-ton (half tanker) and 27-ton (full tanker) pneumatic load pull-type trailer-mounted cement spreaders are designed for dust-free loading and rapid, accurate spreading of low to high volumes of cementitious and pozzolanic materials such as Portland cement, flyash, and quicklime. Open-top spreaders are also available for lower spread rates and smaller jobs.
Our latest generation of pull-type cement spreaders are available in several configurations: a 15-ton non-computerized unit, 15- or 27-ton computerized off-road trailers, and 15- or 27-ton 5th wheel on-highway, self-contained trailers with diesel powerpack. All the trailers can be configured to run either all plug-to-tractor, via PTO-driven hydraulics, or by a self-contained diesel powerpack (included on 5th wheel trailer). These trailer-mounted spreaders provide all the benefits of a truck-mounted unit without the need for a dedicated chassis.
Choose the Trailer-Mounted Site Spreader That’s Best for Your Operation
15-Ton Pull-Type Cement Spreader
The manually controlled 15-ton pull-type cement Site Spreader is a good choice for medium-sized jobs or for a contractor who’s just getting into soil stabilization. Requiring only a large farm tractor to power it, the unit is driven by the tractor’s hydraulics. PTO-driven hydraulics and diesel powerpacks are available options. These units are engineered with a hydraulic air compressor to power the pulse jet baghouse, sealed enclosed hopper, and spreading auger with dust control curtains. Spread rates are determined by tractor ground speed and rear metering gate height.
15- and 27-Ton Pull-Type Cement Spreaders with Stoltz Controller
The 15- and 27-ton pull-type cement Site Spreaders mounted on a floater chassis are designed for jobs specifying computer-controlled product application such as DOT work, airport runways, large parking lots, and drill or wind turbine pads. In the base configuration, these spreaders would be pulled by a large agricultural tractor (15 ton) or a large scraper tractor (27 ton) with all functions powered by tractor hydraulics. Spreaders can also be outfitted with a PTO-driven pump or an auxiliary engine to allow for towing by a prime mover without hydraulics. These spreaders are outfitted with the same controllers as a truck unit, unless a more manual configuration is desired.
